Step up your analytics game with Reports

With our new Reports section you can dive deeper into your analytics - all in one convenient place.

Now you can easily view and export your data to explore your metrics or transfer to other systems.

The Reports section currently features 2 reports for now that can be viewed or exported as a CSV or XLS file:

• Agent analytics - track the number of messages sent by Agents
• Message analytics - a count of messages received per day

…but this is just our first step in this direction, so keep an eye out for more 👀

To access your Reports, select Reports from the navigation menu or go to …hello-charles.com/analytics/reports.
