On Shopify, go to Settings > Checkout > Checkout language > Checkout contact to add text in the following fields based on your preference

Implement changes in checkout.liquid above and below the telephone input field, we recommend the following changes
Icons and text above the phone input field (optional)
A country drop down within the input field, this is required as this will prevent customers from entering their phone number in a format that is not compatible to creating a WhatsApp contact. (highly recommended)
Text below the phone input field or a checkbox (highly recommended)
If you want to add a checkbox, which we believe you should do that, you must do the following:
Name the field receive_whatsapp_notifications
If contact ticks the checkbox, please set the value to 1; if contact does not tick the checkbox, please set the value to 0
Please put the field as the FIRST element under note_attributes
Once it’s done, please notify Solutions team so we will set this in the database
Error message if input is missing (optional)
