Revenue Analytics

When you access the revenue analytics tab, you’ll find a comprehensive view of the performance of your flows. This view provides valuable insights into the revenue generated by your flows and allows you to make informed decisions to maximize your revenue.

Looking at the revenue tab can help you optimize your campaigns, improve user engagement, and generate maximum revenue.

The Revenue Analytics view consists of the following key components:

  1. Clicks:

This section shows how many times buttons or links were clicked in messages within your flows. It helps you understand how much people are engaging with the buttons or links in your messages.

  1. Total Revenue:

The total revenue section showcases the overall revenue generated by a flow.

  1. Revenue/recipient:

This metric provides insights into the average revenue contribution of each user who interacts with your flow.

To calculate Revenue/recipient, we use the following formula: Total revenue generated divided by the number of flows triggered.
