📝 Step-by-step guide

Inviting new chatters as Agents from Charles is very easy and straightforward.

Step 1: Go into to your universe and click on “ ⚙️ Settings” → “Agents and Roles”

Step 2: Click on the “Add Agent” button and a pop-up will appear.

Step 2: Fill out the Agent’s information, type in the email and click on “Admin” to make sure they have full access to the platform.

Step 3: Click on “Save & Invite” and it is done**.** The new agent will receive an invite via email (make sure to check the 🗑️ Spam folder as well) that has to accept to log in/.
