Hallelujah, you can now multi-select nodes in Journeys

Select, unselect, duplicate, and delete multiple nodes and their links by command+click (MacOS), ctrl+click (Windows) or shift+click (both).

The artist formerly known as Tags

With the new-and-improved Manage Tags (formerly Tags) node you can now remove Tags based on user preference.

This, in addition to adding Tags, allows you to better personalize your flows and maintain cleaner data hygiene.

Changes to out of office

You can now set your Journeys flows to override the out of office (OOO) message. For example, if a customer messages out of hours, triggering a product finding flow, they won’t receive the OOO message.

On the other hand, if a flow requires the support of a live agent (like one that’s triaging support requests) you can set the OOO message to be sent, in which case the flow will stop and your agents can respond or manually restart the flow the next day via Conversations.
