The newsletter popup is designed to appear after a set time on your store front. It’s automatically added and no further setup is necessary from the store side.


1. Configure the widget

<aside> ✋ You first need to set-up a Message opt-in that the subscriber will be assigned to when they opt-in via the thank you page.

  1. Once you’ve created a Message opt-in, go to Automations → Newsletter Pop-up
  2. Make sure your store is selected
  3. Select the Message opt-in you created before getting started. Another window will open.
  4. Make sure Enabled is toggled ON
  5. Time when the pop-up will appear by adjusting the Delay pop-up by seconds
  6. Adjust the Title, Description and CTA button
  7. Enter your WhatsApp business number (that’s assigned to this charles instance)
  8. Add the Chat-in message → this is the message that’s pre-filled in WhatsApp when the visitor clicks the CTA
