Here’s a little guide to get you started.

• Request: The title of your request. How would you describe your desired outcome in one sentence?
• Description: Explain your request in more detail. Important info could be;
  • What you were trying to achieve?
  • What steps have you already tried?
  • If possible, include specific links/URLs with examples
• Attachments: Any additional resource, like screenshots or video recordings, are super helpful for us to solve your request more efficiently
• Universe Name: What’s before the “.hello-charles.com”?
  • For example, if you’re active on “brand-xyz.hello-charles.com”, you would enter “brand-xyz”
• Email Address: Our Client Experience (CX) team will keep you updated all the way (and may need to ask more questions)
