Make your user interface work better for you. You can modify your universe's interface by configuring what information all users see and how the system displays it. In order to customize the view, please visit "Settings > User Interface".

Contact widget: This widget displays all information about your contacts. If you decide to hide this, this widget will not be shown for all users in conversation view.

• Orders: This section displays all completed orders associated with the contact.
• Emails: This section shows all email addresses associated with the contact.
• GDPR: This section enables you to manage GDPR requests from contacts. It is only visible to user with administrator rights.
• Addresses: This section shows all physical addresses associated with the contact.

Commerce widget: This widget displays all products from your shop system and enable you to assemble carts for your contacts. If you decide to hide this, this widget will not be shown for all users in conversation view.

• Show categories by default when open? When this is activated, categories will always show up when you open conversation view by default.
• Cart: If it is hidden, you would not be able to view the cart.

(2) Commerce

This section displays all completed orders from your store, and allows you to manage all product related information. If you decide to hide this, all users in your universe would have no access to this section from the left side bar.
