Introduction

With Journeys, you can automate WhatsApp conversations and campaigns, while collecting more customer data.

Journeys has 4 main sections:

  1. The overview page where you can check and categorize your flows
  2. The canvas where you actually build the flow
  3. The flow settings. See Flow settings
  4. The flow analytics

Let’s start with the overview page ⬇️

The overview lets you view your flows at a glance.

  1. Create a new flow here
  2. Search for your flow by flow name
  3. Filter by trigger type, status or editor
  4. Choose card view or table view
  5. Create a new category (think of it like a folder). Assign a flow to a category by dragging the card inside or via the 3 dot menu on the flows

Start building your flow on the canvas.

  1. Add nodes via the menu
  2. Publish the flow
  3. Access the flow settings

What’s next?

Build many types of flows by using the different flow triggers. For example, keyword or message triggers can be used to trigger opt-in flows or connect your shop system and trigger a flow based on events like order confirmed, parcel sent or tracking URL changed.
